Some may know me, some may not, so for those who are unfamiliar:

The name's COVL, I'm Puerto Rican as hell, originally from Miami but now bi-coastal. I am a full-time multidisciplinary artist and storyteller. Over the span of my career, I have collaborated with some heavy hitters; have a look over here. In return, I have learned a vast array of lessons from business, art, design, and creativity. Instead of hoarding what I know or what I'm working on, I figured a little cubby hole on the internet that isn't fixated on metrics was my best bet, as I'm on the pursuit of creative autonomy.

This space pays homage to the early age internet with a candid perspective on creative expression and I hope something here resonates.

Why did you create this space?

The reason I've recreated this space online is that I want to

do things my way. The artist to algo' pipeline right now isn't sitting right with me, and I need to creatively express myself elsewhere. To add to that, I want to challenge myself to show up fully to my creative practice and, along the way, share it with people who are just as creatively curious as I am.

Why is this free?

You know how they say, "not every hobby needs to be monetized?"

That's where my head is at right now. I'm simply having fun, and while down the line, I do plan to charge; early sign-ups (you) will never be charged as a thank you for being one of the first.
