COVL was the artist in resident for 2022 Metaverse Culture Series where artist of different disciplines are matched with the tools and softwares to reimagine their artistry in the virtual space.

NUEVO NORTE debuted during art week at META HOUSE 2022. The 3 part immersive experience included:

- Launching NUEVO NORTE in Horizon Worlds to QUEST head set owners

- A 8 x 20 ft mural at META House that doubled as AR filter that attendees activated with their phones.
